I’m 29 and a teacher in London. I taught in Norfolk for 2 years and I am now going into my 6th year teaching in London. I love sports, music, animals and cooking! I spend most of my time outside of work either running, cycling, at the gym or meeting friends for walks and food!
Having a masters in education practice and research enables me be keep up to date with the latest pedagogy in education. This, coupled with years of experience in the classroom ranging from years two to six, means I have a broad and deep understanding of the primary curriculum. I have experience working with children from different backgrounds and with different needs, having taught and tutored in both Norfolk and London. I’m currently teaching year six, and so have just prepared children to be in the best possible position going to high school. I believe giving a child the best education possible opens the doors to opportunities they can choose to take or choose to avoid, but giving them that choice is the most important thing I can do for them.
I have a fun and focused attitude towards learning, a child led approach and one where we both tend to feel relaxed very quickly. I’m excited to meet you and look forward to hearing from you!
