Currently studying Medicine at the University of Cambridge, I am a student who is eager to teach younger students and guide them through the secondary school subjects: whether that be Biology, Chemistry, Maths (all up to A-Level) or GCSE Further Maths.
GCSEs: 11 9s and 1 A*

A-Levels: 4A* in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths
I achieved an average of 91% in Maths A-Level (range: 91%-92%) and an average of 95% in Further Maths A-Level (range: 93%-99%).

In addition to this, I have many nationally recognised prizes and awards from challenges and olympiads in Maths, Biology and Chemistry.

My strong foundations in all my A-Levels and a Cambridge education in Medicine (facilitating my Biology and Chemistry knowledge) make me an excellent tutor, at an affordable price.

Tutoring Experience

My teaching experience is as follows:
Working a summer job at a Maths Tuition Centre, Mathnasium, teaching primary and secondary school students of all ages. This gave me experience of working with students of all abilities and making teaching plans and strategies that are best suited to them.
Working as a student teaching assistant, in year 13, in the bottom set GCSE class: I have the experience and skills needed to break down complex concepts and explain them to students in a way that is best suited for them, especially when the method a teacher uses to teach a whole class isn't working for them.

Tutoring Approach

The student is at the core of my teaching. I adapt my methods to ensure you gain the most from my lessons, modifying the proportions of time spent going through content, doing practise questions alongside you and allowing the student to attempt past paper questions by themselves, before going through the questions with them.
