Hi, I'm Saran. I am currently a first year Medical student at UCL (University College London) who enjoys helping others learn. As a medical student, I am equipped with the determination and academic skills required to teach a wide range of subjects effectively. I have consistently worked hard throughout my academic years and have adopted various study techniques that make difficult topics easier to comprehend.

Tutoring Experience

I love science and am eager to pass on my enthusiasm to my students. I hold 11 GCSEs, achieving all 9’s, and gained 3 A* in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-Level.
I have previously tutored students from 11 to 18 years old in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and A-Level.
After achieving a top 1% score for UCAT (3160, SJT 1) and highly for BMAT (7, 6, 3.5A), I have also tutored students in the BMAT and UCAT Medical entrance exams. I can also provide insights on how I got into Medical school on my first attempt.

I prioritise exam techniques, focusing on how to understand the questions asked and structure answers to obtain the best possible marks.

Whether my students need assistance in exam preparation, understanding specific topics or simply a refresher, I am here to provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
