As an enthusiastic and innovative educator, my mission as a teacher is to ignite a lifelong love for learning within my students. I firmly believe that education should extend beyond the confines of the classroom, and I am committed to creating an environment where students not only grasp the subject matter but also find genuine joy in the process.

Tutoring Experience

I stayed teaching in the FE sector in 2015 and have since taught key stages 3 and 4 within settings and as a private tutor.
I have also taught functional skills English, entry level to Level 2 in adult and prison education.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to teaching is characterised by a dedication to breaking down traditional barriers and making academic subjects, particularly English, accessible through practical, real-world applications. I am passionate about creating a dynamic and engaging learning experience that transcends the normal memorising of facts and figures. Instead, I aim to foster critical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of the subject matter.
