I have recently finished currently studying a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Economics at Bristol University. I have 3 A-Levels, which includes an A* in Mathematics in addition to 13 GCSEs including Mathematics and Further Mathematics - again, at A*s.

I enjoy Mathematics and am keen for others to enjoy the subject too.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring for the past 6 years, supporting students with their mathematical skills and confidence, in addition to learning the how to answer exam style questions. My students have ranged from KS2 SATS preparation to GCSEs, in addition to those who require extra assistance.

I have also taught swimming lessons for several years. This has required me to adapt my approach depending on the learning needs of the student; the aforementioned has meant that I am familiar with various teaching styles in order to best support each individual.

Tutoring Approach

I am a patient and enthusiastic individual who builds positive relationships with students. I take time to understand the learning needs of the student and implement different tactics for the benefit of the student. My students engage positively with me and thus make excellent progress as a result.
