I am a music tutor specialising in music production, music technology and songwriting. I help pupils at GCSE or A Level stage who are studying Music or Music Technology, and can also extend my services to adult learners and young people who are interested in learning about music production.
I have worked with music GCSE students for 5 years at a top performing school in London, helping the school’s music department to deliver outstanding results, with over 80% 7 and above grades, and many students going on to conservatoires or university to study music.
I am fun, easygoing and like to make my lessons enjoyable.
Whether you are writing a song straight from scratch, or need a little help with a current music project you may be working on, I would be more than happy to assist. My main aim is to help you express your creativity and expand your musical knowledge. I am open to work with any style or genre, although my main field would be in pop songwriting.
I use Logic as my main DAW/ music software when writing music, and can utilise other softwares such as GarageBand or Musescore, should that be preferable to you. Lessons may include a bit of music theory, harmony and analysis, and some lyric-writing if you choose to take lessons in songwriting. I will tailor the lessons to suit to your needs, so please feel free to let me know if there is anything specific you would like to cover during the lessons.
