Tutoring Approach

Teaching style varies however I aim to:

• Follow the syllabus closely explaining each point in thorough detail with practical examples where possible.
• Exam techniques: timing, planning, how to approach papers.
• Focus on basics as well as the difficult topics. Fill gaps in any basic knowledge.
• Regularly set past papers/own worksheets or questions.
• Work with students to build their confidence and motivation.

MODE OF WORK:
I liaise with parents prior to each lesson to ensure I cover what students are studying at school.

I will aim to help each student excel in their exams, as well as work together with them to guide them with coursework and assignments.

At all levels each student is different and I hope to work with parents and students to understand how to progress in a way which works best for them.
