I’m a fourth-year Physics PhD candidate at the University of Oxford, specialising in mathematical and theoretical physics. My research focuses on quantum gravity, and I have a strong passion for problem-solving—whether that’s tackling complex equations, writing efficient code, or explaining challenging concepts in simple, intuitive ways. I’ve also created educational content Removedthat’s reached millions worldwide, and I love helping students see the beauty and logic behind maths and physics.

Tutoring Experience

I’ve taught undergraduate-level mathematical methods and quantum field theory at Oxford, and I have years of experience tutoring A-Level and GCSE students in maths and physics. My background spans academic research, data science, software engineering. Alongside teaching, I run the educational YouTube channel Removed with over 4 million views, where I break down difficult topics into engaging, accessible lessons.

Tutoring Approach

I focus on building deep understanding, not just memorisation. My sessions are interactive and tailored to each student’s learning style, combining clear explanations with problem-solving practice. I aim to show the connections between concepts so students can approach questions with confidence. I also appreciate that there is an exam at the end of it all and so I will make every effort to stick to the syllabus!
