I have just finished my Master's in Astrophysics with a Bachelor's in Maths at the University of Cambridge, focusing on theoretical physics, fluid dynamics and mathematical methods.

I would love to have the opportunity to help a willing student understand deeply any concept which they would like to learn more about. Having learned so much throughout the process of applying for Cambridge, going through A levels and the STEP entrance exam, and four years of Maths at university, I have so much that I could share to make the journey easier for those going through this now. I can help with preparing for A level exams, entrance exams like STEP, MAT, PAT, and interviews.

Tutoring Experience

I haven't had time to tutor till now but it has been something I have wanted to do for a long time. I have always enjoyed explaining concepts to peers who needed help understanding them, working together to find where the problem in understanding is and finding intuitive ways to explain these ideas.

Tutoring Approach

My approach will be different for each student; and the structure of the tutoring sessions will greatly depend on the goals of the student. I could spend time explaining some key concepts deeply, or we could think about and solve difficult problems in a more interactive session where I can encourage the student to think about a problem and guide them to a solution. Even lecture style tutoring sessions are possible where I go through a relevant topic. In the end it depends on the needs of the student.
