Tutoring Approach

I like to get feedback from my students. I find it helps if I can make the tutorials relevant to their interests. When teaching formulae I like to explain how they were derived, so that the students get a better understanding.
I encourage my students to ask questions and not to hesitate if they don't understand topics fully.
