Having completed a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine I decided that a career in teaching would be perfect for me. I decided to go back to my passion for Maths and completed my PGCE in secondary Maths.

Tutoring Experience

I am a fully qualified teacher with experience across all year groups in a secondary school and an upper school. I have worked with a variety of levels from support set to top set and covered a wide variety of topics in the Maths curriculum.
I have previously tutored A Level, GCSE and Key Stage 3 Maths.

Tutoring Approach

I feel I have quite a flexible approach to tutoring. I can work through the topics as the teacher goes through them in class or target specific areas that the student feels they are weaker at. I am also happy to help with exam practice by going through past papers with pupils and working through each question together, giving advice or suggestions when needed. I am familiar with the Edexcel A Level Maths course, and Edexcel and AQA GCSE Maths.
