I am a pianist studying in Royal Birmingham Conservatoire now and have learned piano for 15 years. I enjoy teaching and have the teaching experience for more than 3 years. I would love to inspire and discover music and piano playing with all ages people.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching piano for more than 3 years, private lessons, school piano teaching and piano workshop teaching. I have done first degree in my pedagogy course in my BMus2, and have done work placement in junior conservatoire of Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.

Tutoring Approach

I am happy to give piano lessons from beginners to Grade 8, and some advanced students. I would love to teach children and adults. I’ll make plans for my students and give feedbacks and some tasks every lesson and I will follow students’ requirements to prepare every lesson.
I believe that every student and musician are different, I love to try different teaching ways to different students. I am really excited to hav lessons with some students who really enjoy music and piano! But I am also happy to teach some students who wants more inspiration!

In my lesson, I will respect every students’ opinions on the piano, and would love to give more advice beyond students’ opinions to try to make it much better!

I believe that encouragement is very important, I would love to make sure all my students have enough confident to play the piano.

Patience is very good to teaching as well, I would love to make sure all my students can get enough patience from teacher to work every hard part out!

At last! Make the whole lesson interesting and fun is what I want to do as well! I would love to make sure all of my students enjoy having piano lessons with me and won’t find it boring!!
