I am someone who has a passion for seeking knowledge and discovering how things around us work. I currently work within NELFT NHS within children services to deliver and optimize asthma and allergy care pathways in schools. Through this role, I have been actively advocating for increasing our knowledge in the wider community and in public health. I also have a background in clinical research within dermatology and trauma sciences which aligns with my aspirations to be benefit and empower out community. And I believe that this comes education as it equips us with the knowledge in how to successfully apply ourselves in a way that helps others.
I have previously delivering tutoring sessions for GCSE children before Covid-19 pandemic. This was on pause due to work commitments and I am now open to support children and young people with their studies.
My approach isn't going through topics page by page. I want the time to be used effectively so I will work with students to identify which areas they would like support with or find difficulty and focus on those, as their teacher will be their primary support and I am supplementary to their teachers. I will also go through practice questions and exams with students.
