I am a qualified and experienced deputy headteacher with a strong track record of achieving high results. I have been working in the education sector for over 20 years in various roles ranging from a teacher, assistant headteacher and deputy headteacher and worked with pupils from 5-11 years old. I am extremely passionate about the academic success of my tutees and am committed to ensuring they reach their potential.

Tutoring Experience

For many years I’ve worked in schools teaching across they key stages. Much of my work focuses on mainstream classroom teaching where I’ve worked in a number of classroom settings. I have tutored pupils since the past ten years. 98% of my pupils have moved onto securing places with highly sought after grammar schools. I have taught in-home and online and have extensive experience in both. I worked with pupils of all ages (5-11) and worked with pupils with additional needs such as ADHD, dyslexia and cognition needs.

Tutoring Approach

I have a patient, fun and methodical approach to teaching to ensure I can cater to the needs of all my pupils. I pride myself on forming strong working relationships with my pupils and encouraging them to always achieve their best. I currently teach all the primary subjects and run focus groups for 11+ Entrance exams.
