I have always loved Maths and I love passing that on to whoever I can. I live in London and like walking, reading and singing in a choir.

Tutoring Experience

I am a recently retired Head of Maths in a Sixth Form College, having taught in secondary schools before that. I have successfully taught many students through A level Maths and Further Maths as well as GCSE. Since retiring I have tutored several students for GCSE and A level as well as the maths for a computing access course.

Tutoring Approach

I have a variety of approaches depending on the student, taking my lead from their needs. I like to use mini-whiteboards whether face to face or online as well as matching activities to promote discussion and interactivity.
