Hi! My name is Pedro and I´m an Engineering student from Spain. I took the IB as my prior education to university, in which I obtain 41 out of 45 points. In terms of languages, I can teach Spanish and French, being in the first native and in the second one having a CEFR C1

Tutoring Experience

I have taught STEM subjects such as Maths and Physics during my IB experience, obtaining great results among my pupils. On the other hand, I have being teaching French for a couple of years to primary and secondary students.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach varies depending on the subject and content, but in broad terms it could be sumarised in:
-History: Experience has taught me that using an analytical approach is the best way to expand your historical knowledge. Understanding who, when and how events occurred gives you the opportunity to visualize and internalize what happened.
-Mathematics and physics: After explaining the concepts through different learning methods for a better understanding, we work on exercises related to the subject, emphasizing the needs of the student.
-Languages: Priority is essentially given to writing and oral communication, allowing to strengthen listening and reading skills. We will always work with resources adapted to the student's level, increasing the difficulty as he/she improves.
