Papia put my daughter at ease within seconds. Just within two sessions my daughter’s fear of maths has been greatly reduced. Papia recognised areas of weaknesses quickly and supported my daughter patiently covering foundation blocks of maths that have been missing. I’m really impressed

My son had several lessons with Papia leading up to his exam. Papia was organised, enthusiastic, keen to help and easily accessible.

My daughter is very happy with this tutor; Papia manages to cover large amounts of content in the right detail within the hour. The lessons are fast-paced but not overwhelming. She is also incredibly helpful and always reassures her at the end of the lesson that she is available if she struggles with a question. She can send it to her, and she will promptly provide a solution.

My daughter has had 3 A-level maths lessons with Papia. Papia is an excellent tutor with a great ability to explain concepts. She has already covered several tricky areas my daughter has been having trouble with, which has boosted her confidence a lot. Highly recommended.

My son who just finished Year 9, had about 10 lessons with Papia during this summer holiday, he has found her very helpful to explain the different concepts in Algebra. Papia is able keep him engaged and focused, which is very important to ensure the tutoring sessions are productive. We are very happy with Papia, and will continue to use her to help my son in Math.

I started with Ms Papia just 3-4 weeks before my exam (Y13). I was so behind, but Ms Papia really helped me a LOT. She explained everything in such a detailed, concisely and precise.

Papia is very organised, as well as experienced. She knows exactly what you need to do to obtain best grades, and will endeavour to help you get the grades you desire. Regarding A-Level, her practice-focused approach and precise work through examples allow to quickly grasp concepts you couldn’t once before. I would recommend Papia to anyone who wants to excel in their maths A-Level!

Papia in just a few sessions has boosted my son's confidence for his GCSE maths preparation. Her calm and friendly approach with focus on lots of practice questions from past papers including interactive white board support as he progresses through these papers is really helpful.

Been a great help already to my daughter

Papia has been extremely helpful with maths tutoring before my mock exams - she was fun and kind and always assured that I understood what she was teaching me. No minute goes to waste and she makes maths enjoyable! I got a 9 in my maths mock only thanks to her tutoring, she teaches me completely new topics very well and I am currently learning new further maths topics with her help. Papia is a pleasant understanding teacher who has been teaching my son gcse maths. She explains the task well and makes my son think about how he got to the answer to ensure he understands the questions.
We have only had a handful of lessons With Papia but hope to continue and get to a point where my son is confident with his maths and gets the grade his teachers are expecting of him.

Papia has been tutoring our 15-year-old daughter for approximately 1 month and a half, and we have already seen a positive difference. Papia is knowledgeable and motivated with good communication skills, and goes to great lengths to ensure her students learn how to resolve maths problems. Our daughter feels much more at ease with maths since she has started with Papia. We can confidently recommend her.

Papia is an excellent tutor. She is intelligent, dedicated, focused and energetic. Her tutoring renders complex topics approachable. She is quick to identify and understand the individual needs of her pupil. This well-honed ability combined with her charismatic, fast-paced delivery and caring personality is a successful and wonderful combination to experience.

Papia is extremely welcoming. She allows you to lead the sessions. I am an adult learner and studying Maths at college, she encourages me to collaborate on what I would like to cover during the sessions. She is flexible on the time slots available. She always ensures that the full session time is met, even if that means running over the session time.

My daughter is at Sutton Girls and is not a natural mathematician. Further to this the final year at junior my daughter's teacher, the math's teacher was off ill for most of the year meaning that Maths was not terribly well taught - not a great start for the competitive environment of Sutton Girls.

My daughter has just started year 10 and has started with Papia at the same time. With her first test during the year, she has scored higher than ever before. We also see that she is more confident and less anxious about maths than ever before.

I would like to thank Papia for her time, patience and passion she expresses in delivering her maths tutoring skills to my son. She has helped him to build confidence in this subject, showing some easier to understand concepts and is very supportive in seeing my child progress to higher standards.

I contacted Papia 3 week ago to help with my numeracy professional skills test for my PGCE. I really struggle with maths and it was evident on the first session with Papia. However, due to Papia's time and commitment, I learnt so much and I passed my test first time. I would highly recommended Paipa to anyone struggling with maths. I contacted Papia only at the end of February as my niece is taking her GCSE's in May/June and I was worried that she wouldn't pass so was hoping to find some private tutoring to give her that boost she needed to get the grade she needs. Papia has been realistic with the timescale we have before her exams and has concentrated on those parts where my niece has learnt but needs practice. Papia is professional and my niece is improving and is more confident going towards the exam period.

I have had 5 sessions with Papia so far and have felt that I have learnt a great deal already. She is very good at explaining mathematical problems and ensures that everything taught is fully understood before moving on to the next topic. She is very patient when teaching, gives off a positive attitude and boosts my confidence in regards to passing my exams. She is always willing to give up her time to give me extra tutoring lessons when needed and i would definitely recommend her!
