I have encountered or even lived in diverse environments (Kenya, France, London, Taiwan). This is one of the reasons why I am able to speak 5 languages fluently.
I’m an emphatic communicator with the ability to teach in a simple manner so my students understand the fundamentals, gain a better grasp of grammar and gradually expand their vocabulary.
My over 6 years teaching experience is as follows:
o Language and Friends owner, Chinese translator and medical interpreter (Currently)
o Chinese Teacher at Educasystem (2021-Currently)
o English Connection (2020-2021): Responsible for the improvement of 51 students (4 groups and tutoring) which 6 of them obtained the Cambridge Advanced English Certificate (CAE).
o Dragons Teaching (2020): Added cultural and musical aspects making students become engaged and excited about Spain.
o Chazon Children’s Center (Orphanage) (05.2016 - 10.2016) English teacher in the town of Molo, Kenya.
o Private English Tutor – Self-employed (09.2011 - 3.2016): 100% pass rate of students who presented to KET, PET and FCE exams.
In possession of 2 BA (Linguistics and Translation), I believe it is of utmost importance to simplify the acquisition of a second language and connecting with students. In my lessons:
• No need to take notes: everything is provided to the student.
• Unique methodology: bespoke educational resources according to the student's needs. (All the material is designed by me)
