I am an University of Oxford student reading Theology. My focus is on helping students achieve top marks (9 and A*) in both GCSE and A Level, AQA and EDEXCEL, having achieved full marks in German A-Level. I have a deep understanding of the nature of UK examinations and specifications, and can teach exam techniques and how one can achieve the highest grades possible.

As far as my academic profile goes, I am an Ellerton and Pusey Scholar and Casberd Scholar of Oxford University, initially from London with a background in Fine Arts, having previously studied Computational Arts at undergraduate level.

Tutoring Experience

Have taught for over 5 years; experience as an academic consultant and curriculum leader in China with 湖南湘际交协教育咨询有限公司, Hunan Xiangji Jiaoxie Education Consulting Co., Ltd, where I taught over 900 children between the ages of 5-18. Have been teaching A Level, GCSE, Gaokao, Matura online ; references and portfolio available upon request.

Tutoring Approach

I focus on exam technique and achieving the best possible grades; specifications are quite formulaic and scoring marks and points is not as hard or impossible as many teachers make out!
I aim to disarm and simplify complicated grammatical concepts to show that anybody can learn a language and achieve top grades at A-Level or GCSE.
