I hail from the United States and hold an Ivy League degree. Over the past 12 years, I have been dedicated to tutoring students worldwide. My academic journey includes taking the SAT in sixth grade, earning qualification for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth program. Moreover, by the end of tenth grade, I participated in the Harvard Summer School, undertaking college credit courses alongside actual university students. Fueled by my passion for math, I actively participated in various math competitions during my formative years.
During the past 12 years, I have gained extensive tutoring experience, providing support both online and in person. My online tutoring extends to students hailing from diverse locations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, the US, India, UAE, and Africa. My expertise spans various standardized tests, preparing students for admission to US undergraduate programs, gifted and talented programs, as well as UK and US boarding/private schools.
In addition to this, I offer tutoring services in mathematics and biology, covering the IB, GCSE, A-level, and Advanced Placement curricula, along with support for in-school coursework. Furthermore, I have worked closely with numerous students to guide them through the intricacies of crafting impactful college admissions essays.
I provide students with extensive materials, tailoring each session to suit their individual needs, with a focus on addressing weaknesses and meeting real-time requirements. I strongly believe in integrating an element of enjoyment into sessions, alleviating the burdensome aspects of the learning process and leading to optimal outcomes. Part of the success stems from my educational background, which allows me to connect with students on a relatable level.
