I'm a Biomedical Science graduate and have also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

From the very start of my teaching career, I have always been praised with my ability to build great relationships with my students.
I have a great rapport with my students which in turn enables me to draw them into the process of learning and promote their desire to learn. I believe that building positive relationships with students creates an environment more conducive to learning.

• Qualified secondary school Science Teacher in Inner London with 7 years of teaching experience across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

• I have taught students with a range of abilities and have mastered skills that work in raising attainment.
• As a teacher I have gained experience with working with students who have special educational needs (learning, behavioural etc.) and have used a variety of techniques to make the syllabus accessible to them.

Tutoring Approach

I use a range of resources when teaching including the use of PowerPoint presentations, textbooks, worksheets, and relating content to real-life examples. These resources together, along with past exam papers, help students understand the content more and give them the ability to apply their subject knowledge to different scenarios.

All students will receive printed resources and material tailored to their needs.
From my experience, I am able to easily identify a students weaknesses and work with them to turn them into strengths improving their subject knowledge.
