I am a dedicated and dynamic Science (Chemistry) educator, with over 18 years of teaching experience, including 9 years as Head of Science in an outstanding school.
Following a hugely successful career as a Science teacher and Leader, I continue my passion for Science, delivering online Science tuition to UK and international students.
With an engaging and approachable teaching style, I am committed to elevating student outcomes.
I have a PhD in Chemistry and an extensive post-doctoral research background.
I have a proven track record of exceptional results across all major UK and international exam boards.
I am also an examiner for Edexcel and AQA examining boards.

Tutoring Experience

9 years as an outstanding and inspirational leader in Science (Head of Science)
18 years experiences as an outstanding Teacher of Combined Science and Separate Science.
I am an examiner for both Edexcel and AQA examining boards, allowing me to impart cutting-edge exam techniques for GCSE/IGCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, as well as A/AS level Chemistry, including the Cambridge international course.
I am a dedicated, pupil-oriented, resourceful and passionate teacher of all Sciences, offering 17-year expertise and extensive knowledge in all scientific fields.
I have developed a wealth of engaging Science resources which I use interactively online and encourage my students to be actively involved at every step.
My expertise in Science curriculum design has led me to coach and mentor other educational leaders, and I continue this consultancy role, working to enhance Science education standards in schools across the North West of England.

As a tutor, I prepare engaging lessons online, tailored to meet the needs of my students. I review our sessions weekly, allowing me to plan effectively for the next session.
