I'm an experienced, qualified Primary School Teacher dedicated to promoting a love of learning in children. I'm a highly organised, thorough professional with a kind, calm nature who values building good bonds with my pupils and celebrating in their successes. I have young children myself and am a very family-orientated person.

Tutoring Experience

I qualified as a Teacher in 2013 and have taught in a diverse range of school settings, including both state and private education. I have very up to date knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum in both English and Maths and have taught children across both key stages. I have a First Class BA Hons Degree in English and my current teaching role specialises in Maths.

Tutoring Approach

With a calm approach, I focus on building children's confidence by making learning engaging, practical and relatable. I believe all children can achieve their potential, and I provide tailored support to help secure their understanding in key skills and concepts. I can provide practical resources to ensure learning is visual and 'hands on' where necessary.
