Muhammad Mukhtar

I graduated from the University of Oxford in 2017 and I have been tutoring Maths and Physics for more than 8 years. I have recently graduated with my MSc in Fusion Energy from the University of York, achieving distinction. I am currently working as a Software Engineer for one of the world's largest consultancies.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored students from primary level up to A-levels, with the majority of my students achieving higher grades than they initially predicted. I have also mentored Oxbridge applicants and so far have achieved a 100% success rate in their applications.

Tutoring Approach

I also believe that maths and physics should be fun. Unfortunately, schools tend to overemphasize exams and grades which can lead to students losing interest in the subject itself. My educational background enables me to show the fun side of maths and physics by showing interesting facts during my lessons, and I try to incorporate practical activities and worksheets, to ensure learning is as enjoyable as can be during the lessons, and engagement rates are higher.
