Hello, I am an Imperial College Engineering graduate and a current Maths teacher, presently teaching at a well-renowned girls' grammar school in Kingston upon Thames. I have taught at the school for over 7 years and my GCSE and A-Level classes have achieved outstanding results. My background is in engineering, having graduated in 2010 with an MEng from Imperial College London. I am happy to teach online or face to face. Given the nature of my job, I am unfortunately not able to offer any tuition for 11+ exams.
I am an active Maths teacher, currently teaching secondary Mathematics at a leading girls' grammar school in Kingston upon Thames, where I have taught for a number of years. I have taught the A-Level and GCSE courses multiple times, to the Edexcel specification. Before joining the teaching profession, I worked as an engineer for five years as a consultant in the Oil and Gas industry, specialising in Computational Fluid Dynamics.
I have an engaging and relaxed style to teaching and aim to make the experience of learning Mathematics fun and enjoyable. My belief is that my students should gain a deeper understanding of the subject, rather than just learning superficial methods to pass exams. Over the years I have received many compliments from both students and their parents for not only helping them through their exams, but also for cultivating a love for the subject.
