Head of Lecturers (2023-present)
I am currently serving as Head of Lecturers, University of Law, London Moorgate, overseeing academic staff, managing teaching strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education across various legal programs.
Lecturer of Law (2019-2023)
I taught law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, demonstrating expertise in delivering courses on the LLB (Bachelor of Laws), PGDL (Postgraduate Diploma in Law), LPC (Legal Practice Course), and SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination).
My responsibilities included designing course content, delivering engaging lectures, assessing student performance, and providing academic support to ensure student success.
Qualified Solicitor
I am a non-practicing solicitor with substantial experience in legal practice, bringing real-world insights to academic teaching.
I taught a range of legal subjects at postgraduate and professional levels, including Civil Dispute Resolution (incorporating Tort Law) on the LPC, Clinical Negligence on the LPC and SQE, Business Law and Practice on the LPC and SQE, and the Law of Organisations on the PGDL.
My teaching method involves breaking down key concepts and thereafter focusing on application which is where most students lose marks. I also work on developing skills for answering longer essay questions, and also MCQs/SBAQs.
