I am an 18-year old who has just gone through the A-levels which you're about to, and will soon be studying at Cambridge University from October 2022. Alongside regular tutoring, feel free to ask about my services with regards to university applications including Oxbridge, help writing personal statements, obtaining work experience, internships and scholarships as well as career advice and mentoring.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught at GCSE level to younger kids from my area, as well as leading after-school revision sessions. I still have a lot to learn from tutoring but the fact that I have just finished my A-levels means I know exactly what you're going through and what you need.

I have up-to-date knowledge on exam techniques and other relevant knowhow, while also offering super-curricular insights, especially when linking to potential university courses, UCAS personal statements etc. I also have access to world-class resources which helped me gain my A*s from one of the top sixth-forms in the country.

Tutoring Approach

I am able to adapt my approach in order to meet the student's tailored-needs. For example, I prefer learning visually and also value metaphors when memorising a concept whereas other students may learn differently.

I am also patient, practical and focused on the bigger picture and so use questions as a form of prompting students to actively think rather than simply throwing information at them.

Lastly, I'm not big on discipline as a well-motivated student should not need anyone else to drive them. That's why the only demand I have of a student is to be dedicated in their pursuit of fantastic A-level grades as that is the key ingredient to such success.
