Hi! I'm in my second year at Cardiff University studying English Literature. I received grade 9s for both English Literature and English Language at GCSE, and an A for English Literature at A Level.

Tutoring Experience

I'm a first time tutor, but coming from a family of teachers, and as a student myself, I am very much immersed in the world of education and teaching. I completed my own A Levels only 3 years ago, so I'm very familiar with what to expect from an English exam, and can share my own personal experiences of revision techniques and advice for sitting the exam itself. I'm a fast and adaptable learner, and I'm keen to improve my own skills while helping students improve theirs.

I want to help students feel confident in their understanding of English, and help them reach their goals, whether these be exam related or more general. I am light hearted and down to earth, and hopefully my passion for the subject can help make studying English as enjoyable and as accessible as possible.
I am happy to create tailored resources and exam questions for students, and adapt my methods in order to suit their individual needs. I will dedicate my time and efforts to help you feel confident in English, and ready to tackle any text or exam question that comes your way.
