Miassa

Hi, my name is Miassa. I am a passionate native French qualified teacher. My lessons are planned to motivate, support and challenge pupils. I have experience teaching GCSE French and Arabic, one to one interventions in school in preparation for the GCSE covering the four papers higher and foundation tiers. I have proven track of my pupils achieving great results and showing great enthusiasm to learning languages.
As a native French and Arabic speaker, I can particularly contribute to the improvement of the listening and speaking skills which most students tend to find as the most challenging part of the course.
Throughout my teaching experience in a classroom or on an individual basis, I have always established great professional relationship with my students, colleagues and parents.

Tutoring Approach

My lessons are well prepared and include a lot of retrieval practice. I also set regular independent tasks which will be reviewed in the first 15 minutes of every session.
