I am a passionate teacher with ample experience of A-Level (including Further), IB (including HL), (I)GCSE, Additional Mathematics and Further Pure at two of London's top independent schools, where I currently work, alongside boarding and international school (Hong Kong) experience. While I am new to this site, I have been tutoring for 13 years and have been a qualified teacher for 11 years. I have a Mathematics degree from the University of Warwick, 2012.

I have been teaching online for three years now. My online tutoring sessions are as free flowing as in person. I have a graphics tablet and an online whiteboard/paper app so we can communicate ideas to each other as we would in person.

I offer a free consultation before our first session to properly understand the needs of my students and to ensure I am the right tutor for you.

My current and past tutees have commented on my calm and patient manner, my ability to help them develop their confidence in the subject and set an appropriate challenge for those looking to advance further. This has led to great success with their personal targets, whether developing their foundations or preparing them for an important exam.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked with a few select tutees each year of my teaching career, ranging from long term support working alongside their studies elsewhere, to short term intensive course, typically in preparation for upcoming exams.

Tutoring Approach

The relationship is key to a good learning experience. I am calm and approachable, ensuring my pupils are at ease with learning, enjoying it even! Through guided questioning, I listen carefully to where the tutee's needs are and provide scaffolded support to help them achieve their targets.
