Mark is an excellent teacher. He is knowledgeable and is able to answer questions easily to help me understand better. Mark explains things well and doesn’t overcomplicate anything. I am very happy with the service he provides and will continue to use him to help me learn bass guitar.

As a new pupil you ask questions and by doing this you will learn and understand the instrument more easily.
I believe if you can answer any questions that a pupil asks you, then know your job.
I want to pass on my knowledge and my experience that I have gained over the years to my pupils.

Mark has been excellent finding different ways to get me to learn something I am having trouble with. He is very helpful and always ready to help me to understand timing and changes, and provides simplified ways of reading songs. All in all I have found him professional and accommodating. Absolutely fantastic tutor. Not only a very nice guy but a patient, thoughtful and very intuitive tutor. I am/was as much z beginner as you can get but already Mark has me feeling confident in my ability to learn to play. Can’t recommend highly enough and whilst we can’t obviously do 121 tuition at Mark’s for the time being, he is still providing amazing support and learning for me directly via shared mobile platforms. Really enjoying his tuition.

Crawford is a great pupil, he came to me and never played an instrument (ukulele) before, due to putting time into his practice with the exercises I have given him, Crawford has came on so far in just two lessons, and this comes down to enjoying playing and around 15/20 minutes practice per day. A good pupil who will learn very quickly.

Thank you Ian, for your kind comments, I teach how pupils will understand, I take myself back to when I was playing at the pupils level, so I know the difficulties and the correct and simple way to understand that level.

I have been learning beginner guitar with Mark for around 6 weeks now and have improved greatly. Mark makes me feel at ease and genuinely cares about my learning. Would recommend to any one!

Aaron, started taking lessons from not knowing any chords etc of the guitar, and now after six weeks he is playing all his chords clearly and three songs, he enjoys his lessons and this shows in his playing and his learning.
