I am a qualified Spanish teacher with a Degree and post degree in Psicopedagogy and native speaker form Argentina. I have been preparing students for their GCSE and A- levels in the UK for more than 10 years and teaching in various settings with age groups ranging from primary school to adults for more than 16 years.

I believe that on- line teaching can provide many benefits to your learning. You can learn from the comfort of your home, the lesson can be tailored to your needs, and there are plenty of excellent platforms on line which can add extra challenges to your learning journey and finally but not least you can contact your teacher wherever you go!

Tutoring Experience

I work as a Spanish teacher in mainstream schools and I have been a private tutor teaching children as well as adults since I arrived to the UK from Argentina more than 16 years ago. I taught at ‘instituto Cervantes’ in Leeds and adults at university of York. I am able to teach from beginners to advance students and prepare them for exams such as IGCSE, GCSE, A- levels, DELE. I am also an examiner for one of the main exam boards.

Tutoring Approach

I am passionate about the language and I really enjoy seeing the progress my students can make. I praise every positive outcome.
I am able to adapt my lessons to your needs (different levels or propose such as conversation, travelling, exams, cultural knowledge, etc.)
I am familiar using different resources and learning techniques to maintain students’ engagement.
In my lessons, you will be able to learn key vocabulary and/or phrases, practice listening and reading skills and focus on a particular grammar point. I will support you with your writing and speaking skills. I will provide you in each lesson with a document with the content, resources and further practice to improve your learning.
