I am a former teacher and lecturer in Mathematics. I have been working Cybersecurity for a number of years so I am familiar with the application of mathematics to computing and wider industry. I enjoy teaching and mentoring and find it hugely satisfying when students find clarity in areas which they previously found complexity.

Tutoring Experience

I have 3 years secondary school classroom experience and 4 lecturing. I have worked as a tutor for about 5 years, throughout my undergraduate and post-graduate years.

Tutoring Approach

Many students, for one reason or another lose confidence in mathematics. I can help them regain this confidence through patience and understanding. I can help students identify the areas of misunderstanding and then help them to overcome that misunderstanding.
