With a wealth of experience in the teaching of English both in Secondary school across KS3 - KS5, I can offer a service in which your child will feel encouraged and supported in the development of their skills. They will improve upon their skills and have the confidence to take this to the classroom and beyond.

Teaching for over 10 years in English in both selective and non-selective education sectors.
Curriculum development specialist in KS3.
Exception GCSE results both from private tutored students and those in the school setting.

Tutoring Approach

Initial assessments are undertaken appropriate to skill level (KS3/ GCSE/ A-Level) to establish the areas of development to be focused on for students.

Once a foundation has been established I will work on specific skill areas with mini-assessments to evaluate development of such skills.
