I'm an experienced Primary school teacher who enjoys seeing my pupils grow in their confidence, knowledge and skills. Maths and reading are two of my favourite subjects to teach. I've taught across KS2 (school years 3 - 6). I've recently been teaching overseas for two years in international schools and I'm now returning to teach in the UK.

Tutoring Experience

I'm an experienced primary school teacher with over 18 years teaching all subjects in the classroom, mostly in the UK. I've tutored pupils individually at primary level, as well as for maths GCSE. I've taught pupils with a wide range of levels and learning abilities.

Tutoring Approach

Getting to know pupils is important to me so I can tailor my teaching to their interests and needs. I use a range of teaching strategies and different activities to engage pupils. I begin with assessment activities to identity pupils' current level and learning needs. Each session will include revisiting previous learning before moving onto areas for development.
