I'm Leo, a year 13 student and offer holder to study physics at the University of Oxford. I'm passionate about sharing my love of maths and physics with others, as well as engaging in these subjects myself, scoring a gold in the British Physics Olympiad and securing a place at the prestigious MPTI Physics summer school.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience with one on one tutoring in maths and physics up to GCSE level, including using my Russian skills to tutor a Ukrainian refugee. I also have some experience teaching larger classes higher level astronomy content.

Tutoring Approach

I use diagnostic questions to find where the student's exact weaknesses lie and to quickly get to the bottom of any misconceptions they might have before addressing the problem with progressively harder questions. I seek to build a solid foundation of understanding that the student can use to securely answer even the most challenging of questions in an exam setting.
