Hi! I’ve recently graduated from Cardiff University in Urban Planning and Development and plan on doing a masters in Urban Design.

Tutoring Experience

I have been an English language and literature tutor on MyTutor for the past year. In 2021-2022 I was also a teaching assistant for The Bishop of Llandaff secondary school in Cardiff, where I worked across the main school with autistic students but also in their Marion Centre with special needs students.

Tutoring Approach

Learning can sometimes be confusing and a lot of information to take in all at once, so it’s important to tailor a lesson to a student’s specific needs and capabilities. That is why I believe that getting to know where a student is struggling and what teaching techniques might work best for them is very important, not only because not everyone responds to the same teaching style, but also because every student deserves to get the best out of learning.
