Hi, I’m an actress, writer, director and teacher. I’ve been a prolific actress for over 20 years working with leading practitioners in exceptional institutions. Alongside my own practice I have always been passionate about sharing with students what I am learning through the work.

Tutoring Experience

I’ve been teaching and directing in drama schools and Universities for over 15 years and have supported many students through the audition process during this time.

Tutoring Approach

My great passions are Shakespeare and having recently run some modules on Uta Hagen at the Royal Welsh I’m delighted to be exploring how her technique’s offer us great autonomy within our work. Having worked on new work at theatre’s like The Royal Court, The Bush and The National with writers like Caryl Churchill, Simon Stephens, Robert Holman, Duncan Macmillan and directors such as Michael Grandage, Lyndsay Turner, Thea Sharrock and Peter Gill I approach the work through a study of text as the jumping off point, whether it be the classics or modern. I am interested in exploration, creation and application of process.
