I am currently a Junior doctor working within the NHS having completed my medical degree at UCL in 2016.
I have tutored sciences at various levels, have previously mentored students both within university, helping first year medical students to make the transition into London life and the academic world of medicine, and outside university, having led projects within the community such as Vibe volunteering, which teaches students how to work with the blind and partially sighted within the community, and Tensing, a Norwegian Performing Arts group which encourages young people to develop their dance, singing and performance skills. I have a passion for learning and I particularly enjoy taking a problem solving approach to areas that students are finding difficult, aiming to find the root cause of their difficulties and ensure a firm knowledge base in addition to schooling in all important examination technique.
Tutoring and mentoring since 2012
Extensive volunteering project involvement from 2008 to present including leadership to two successful community projects partnered with UCL.
Developed and managed a revision program for final year medical students at a central london medical school and continue to teach both undergraduates and postgraduates in the clinical setting. Furthermore, I have recently been involved in interviewing at UCL Medical school.
Relaxed environment, focusing on problem areas and consolidation with a focus on exam technique.
