I am a friendly and enthusiastic Mathematics specialist with lots of experience working with a wide range of students.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for over 10 years at an outstanding grammar school in Kent, where I am the Deputy Subject Leader of Mathematics and Assistant Head of Sixth form, Academic Lead. My tutoring experience started in 2009 and I have been tutoring up to 14 students a week since then. I have been an examiner for Edexcel (A Level Maths) for the last 8 years.

Tutoring Approach

I tailor my teaching around the student with my initial focus being to build a strong relationship based on mutual respect. I always seek to understand what is causing any difficulties with my students' learning and find ways to help overcome them.
