I am a qualified teacher who has a love for literature and learning. I am dedicated to encouraging and teaching English in new and creative ways which helps students gain a love for the subject.

Tutoring Experience

I have three years experience working as an English Teacher in a Pupils Referral Unit. I have the pleasure of teaching a KS3 and KS4 curriculum to the students which attend , incorporating heavy differentiation to ensure all students can access material from the level they are entering.

Tutoring Approach

Through experience , I have found that it is equally important to adapt to different teaching styles best suited to the child’s academic ability but also social. In order to cultivate a students love for learning, it is important to create and teach a student through their preferred learning style . Thus, this ensures the student is continuously engaged throughout the session which subsequently means the child is achieving high level results .
