I have been teaching English and English as a Foreign Language for over 20 years and I have taught in schools, colleges and universities both in the UK and overseas. I also have experience of academic mentoring within higher education from undergraduate to PHD level.
Tutoring Experience
I have experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 as well as Business English, IELTS and TOEFL. I have tutored primary students and also have 8 years experience of Academic Coaching and Mentoring due to my 8 years employment as Academic Skills Lecturer in a local university.
Tutoring Approach
I am told I have 'funny bones' by my students and that I have an overwhelming amount of subject knowledge and an ability to convey this information in a cognitive and engaging manner. I am able to build rapport and will work tirelessly to help you achieve your desired outcome.
