I am a qualified Maths teacher since 2010 and have been teaching at Secondary schools ever since.

Tutoring Experience

I've got 15 years of teaching experience ranging from KS2 to KS5. I am also a private tutor for 11+ entrance exams. Alongside this, I also mark GCSE Maths exam papers for two of the biggest exam boards in UK, so have an inside knowledge of what examiners look for in GCSE Exams.

Tutoring Approach

My lessons are very interactive. I explain a new concept to students and then give them a worked example, then I asked them to do a question and share with me so I can see their understanding and if I'm happy with their understanding, I will give them exercises to do but if more intervention is needed then I will give more worked examples to drive home the concept. I also make use of online quizzes to test students' learning and worksheets for them to download and work from.

I offer online group sessions with maximum 9 students in the group.
