I am currently reading architecture at Cambridge University. I have a strong passion for teaching both English and Geography. I studied both English and Geography at A-Level and GCSE, therefore I have a good understanding of the syllabus and what is required to achieve the best grades at A Level and GCSE exams. At A-Level I achieved an A grade in both Geography and English Literature, and an A* in Fine Art. Also, achieving 5 9’s (A*s) and 3 8’s (A*s) in my GCSE’s including a 9 (A*) in English Literature, a 9 (A**) in English Language and an 8 (A*) in Geography, I know what it takes to achieve top grades.

Tutoring Approach

I have a teaching style which is centered around making learning fun and enjoyable for my students, as I believe when students generate a passion and love for their subjects they able to push themselves to achieve the highest grades. I am also a very good motivator, and my motivational approach to teaching encourages students to feel confident in their ability and strive to achieve the highest grades possible. My love for poetry and prose translates to an enthusiastic approach to my English Tutoring lessons. I also have a strong interest in Geography, and I believe it is an essential subject that teaches students to gain a better understanding of the world around them.
