I have recently graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MSc in Applied Geographic Information Systems, and before that I worked as a data scientist, and before that, I studied Physics with Philosophy at the University of Manchester.
I spent two years volunteering with The Access Project, tutoring several pupils in GCSE Maths, Physics and Chemistry
I like to find out what specific topics the student needs practice with, and then go through questions from textbooks or past exam papers to find out more specifically what they're getting wrong or struggling to understand. Then I can try to explain it or demonstrate it in different ways to find something that makes sense for the way the student thinks
