I believe that everyone should have an opportunity to study the classical languages and encounter the wealth of classical literature. I am currently reading Classics Tripos at Cambridge (From October 2023) where I have been consolidating my Latin and Greek and expanding my understanding of the classical world.

Tutoring Experience

I have myself have been tutored privately and understand the dynamics and needs of the student. I have worked with children with SEND (from 2022), and understand the various needs which a student may have.

I am passionate about spreading the knowledge of the classical world which has unfortunately been often neglected.

Tutoring Approach

My approach with teaching Latin and Greek is to follow John Taylor's GCSE course, using my further experience to supplement and explain the tricky bits! For Classical Civilisation, we will read through the set texts/history and work on exam technique - modules will be World of the Hero, Invention of the Barbarian and Politics of the late Republic. Philosophy will be focusing on the arguments and critical thinking for the 25 mark essay question (I can teach all 4 topics of AQA philosophy).
