Very good teacher with a good approach :)

Very good

But for a little technical glitch, I would have given Joana 5/5 for our first lesson. Joana quickly grasped the level at which to pitch the lesson and I am sure we will make good progress.

I had a few revision sessions with Jo. She was flexible and willing to structure the time usefully and gave me some useful material and ideas.

Joana was friendly, adapted quickly to my level and was very generous in sharing resources.

I would recommend her especially for someone who needed an adaptable tutor.

Joana was really patient and helpful with me throughout. Our sessions were quite relaxed, which was exactly what I needed. Whenever she wasn't sure of something, she would always endeavour to provide me with the correct answer. I thoroughly enjoyed the lessons and will keep her in mind should I wish to continue learning at a later date.

Excellent teacher

Joana has a lovely teaching style, very patient and encouraging. My daughter was nervous on her first lesson but is already looking forward to her second. She learnt enough new words to fill an A4 side of,paper in just one lesson, I'm really impressed and delighted that my daughter feels inspired about learning Spanish. I feel Joana will change the way she feels about learning a new language and this will be reflected in her results. Would highly recommend!

Joana has been a fantastic tutor throughout the whole process. She was very efficent in contacting me to arrange lessons and she was very accommodating in timing these around my diary. Her sessions were tailored to my needs and she was very encouraging and supportive. In addition, she provided excellent resources which really helped me to learn. Excellent, patient and organised with a structured approach allowing me to learn at a rate I can cope with. Always punctual and professional and understanding with my ability on pronunciation. I would absolutely recommend for teaching English.
