Hello, I am a single mum of 2 children (now grown-up) and I also have a grandson.
I am currently working in a school as an Assistant head teacher and class teacher.
I have always enjoyed working with children and have a definite passion in this area as I like to make a difference!

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 15 years and have taught nursery children right through to year 6. Prior to teaching, I was a Nursery Nurse.
I can support with preparing children for their SATs, whether they are in year 2 or in year 6.
I have been also been a private tutor for over 5 years and can support any year group, whether it is with their reading, writing, grammar or maths.

Tutoring Approach

On first meeting your child, I will assess (in consultation with the adult as well) what area I will need to support with. I am very flexible and can change/adapt at a moment's notice. I will do everything I can to make your child feel successful. I will constantly liaise with parent/carers what work e cover in each session.
