I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at University of Birmingham after taking a gap year which I spent working at Luton Sixth Form College. The qualities I have which help me do well as a tutor are; time management, organisation, dedication and passion to inspire and motivate to name a few. I have had plenty of years of experience academically as a student and also as a member of staff and so I have gathered enough tips, tricks and advice to know what works best academically.

Tutoring Experience

I spent my gap year working at Luton Sixth Form College where I have gained a professional teaching style and the ability to adapt to every student's individual learning methods and understand what works best for them.I am also fully aware of the changes to new specifications, what the examiners look for from a teacher's perspective and the best methods and resources to use to achieve the best result possible. I have also been doing private tuition for the past year and have had positive responses from students and they have all seen improvements in their academic performance.

Tutoring Approach

I am very passionate in helping student's achieve the best result possible to help them get into their chosen uni, do the subjects they wish to or just for self satisfaction and I truly believe my passion is portrayed during my tuition sessions. I provide my own learning material; this includes notes specific to the specification, exam questions and activities to put the theory into practice and tips in regards to what examiners are looking for and how to maximise the grade student's achieve in exams. I truly believe the experience I have gained will enable me to help you to do exceedingly well in Science and Math whatever age you are!
