Achieving 9-9 in Combined Science was entirely thanks to Jason’s excellent tutoring. I initially started with him for Biology, but he later provided invaluable support in Chemistry, Physics, and even Mathematics.

Jason’s teaching style was highly effective. Rather than simply lecturing, he had me work through papers, which we then reviewed together. This approach allowed me to focus on exactly where I was struggling, making our sessions extremely efficient.

He was particularly attentive to my weaker areas, offering targeted support that helped me overcome my difficulties. Jason also took notes during our online lessons, which he sent over afterwards, making it much easier to review and consolidate what I’d learned.

I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a supportive and effective science tutor.

Jason is an excellent tutor—punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough in his teaching. He takes the time to ensure my son fully understands the material and works through exam-style questions. However, given the time constraints we face in preparing for GCSEs, we've decided to discontinue tuition as we need a faster-paced approach.

After the first lesson, my son instantly said that was really helpful and made some of the tricky subjects a lot easier to understand. Jason is calm, professional and really good for us so far.

Jason has tutored GCSE sciences and maths to my son, and it is evident that my son's confidence in the relevant subjects has already improved significantly. Not only did he sparked an interest in chemistry for my son, but he has also taught him how to tackle complex exam questions by walking him through past papers. Definitely, Jason has been instrumental in providing my son with a good grasp of the complicated topics in sciences and mathematics. Jason is an outstanding tutor, he has taught my son at GCSE level in Chemistry, Maths, Physics and Biology for the past 6 months, initially once a week and then twice a week in the lead up to GCSE's.

Jason has somehow given him a love of Chemistry and Maths. My son says he looks forward to every session and says Jason is patient, knows how to explain in a way he understands and has a great sense of humour.

In mocks my son got C's in Physics and Maths, an E in Chemistry and B in Biology. Yesterday he received his GCSE results and got A's in all his sciences and Maths. Although my son worked hard too, Jason was instrumental in helping him to achieve these grades.

From my perspective Jason has been flexible with arrangements if I have needed, is reliable, and professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he has been brilliant.

Owen is finding Jason's sessions very helpful. He tells us that Jason explains things really well. We are confident that he can get Owen up to scratch over time. He is reliable and pleasant. He has only been twice so it's early days to say excellent, but we are highly satisfied. I do not wish my name or Owen's to be mentioned in any feedback that is published.

Jason taught my daughter Physics, Chemistry and Biology at iGCSE level. He was absolutely excellent and her confidence and ability increased tremendously. I can't speak highly enough of him. He was able to teach all the different subjects as and when she required. We wished we had found him sooner. Very professional and reliable.

So glad we found him. Professional, polite and my daughter has given him the 'thumbs up'. After the first couple of sessions, he now has a good understanding of where my daughter is academically and teaches at her pace and level. Great.

Our daughter has been tutored by Jason weekly for the past 3 weeks and is finding the sessions both well structured and helpful. Jason is sufficiently flexible to work with her specific needs within each session, while providing a broad shape across sessions that ensure that all the ground is covered. I would certainly recommend Jason.

My 15 year old daughter is currently having catch up GCSE Physics lessons as her grades had slipped last term. From the initial communication using the First Tutors website, to our current arrangements each week for lessons I have found Dr to be a pleasure to deal with. He replies in a timely fashion and is accommodating to our requirements. He has absolutely rekindled my daughter's interest in physics by explaining the subject in a way she can grasp. Overall I am delighted with progress and have no hesitation in recommending Dr .

Brilliant tutor and very helpful!

Really helped me after only having a few lessons, I already feel a lot more confident in the topics we've covered. Explaining topics in varied ways to which school teachers do which helps to aid understanding and clarify knowledge.

Jason is helping our daughter with all 3 sciences for her GCSE ' s and she has found her lessons with Jason very helpful at this crucial time. She feels able to ask him questions without worry. We would definately recommend Jason to anyone looking for a Science tutor.

We were delighted with the help Jason provided for our daughter in year 10 at the end of May this year. We would be happy to use him again as and when the need arises.

Jason is an excellent biology tutor. He is very reliable and punctual and has an in depth knowledge of his subject area. Jason teaches with great enthusiasm and his tutoring sessions are enjoyable and interesting. He has an excellent rapport with my son. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone in search of a biology tutor.

Jason delivered remarkably good tuition in Maths to our daughter Jenny, age 15. His remit was to give Jenny tuition in Unit 3 GCSE maths. He was excellent and increased Jenny's ability and confidence levels. She really got on well with Jason and gained a tremendous amount from the lessons with him. He is a truly lovely person who is extremely well mannered and a pleasure to be associated with. I would highly recommend Jason for your tutoring needs. I only had one session with Jason, to go over some A level biology, but would recommend him based on this limited experience.

I had my first tutorial with Jason yesterday and it was super. He is an ecxellent teacher.
